Our 3 Dealerships in the Murraylands and Mount Barker provide solid foundations of pre-owned vehicles along with 10 strong franchises being Mazda, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, GWM Haval, Isuzu and RAM.

The Duttons way is centred around being ‘Easy to do business with’ so, we are looking for a professional selling Manager who does exactly this.

THE ROLE                       

To be considered for this role you must have high energy, enjoy working in a competitive market, and:

• This is a hands-on selling role
• Be professional, ambitious, confident and have high levels of self-motivation and drive
• Have excellent sales and communication skills
• Be organised and have a keen eye for detail
• Have a high level of personal presentation
• Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to client’s needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Actively selling and meeting targets
• Delivering the ultimate customer experience to all customers that are in contact with the dealership
• Understanding the flexibility required working in the automotive industry;
• Striving to achieve set sales targets and KPI’s
• Makes sales appointments with clients
• Generate leads and enquiries through active and creative prospecting methods
• Work closely with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS WILL BE:

• Enthusiastic and have a proven track record of sales
• Passion for sales and the automotive industry
• Sales and automotive experience preferable
• Positive, motivated team player
• A willingness to attend training programs and maintain sound knowledge on vehicle product
• Demonstrated computer skills
• A current driver’s licence.
