We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock turnover.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Valid driver's license and a passion for cars.
