Form of workReporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.
If you are a highly motivated and driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car - we want you!
Prior experience in Automotive Sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate sales people or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.
You will ideally possess:
- Automotive sales experience
- Must be motivated and driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid/ be willing to obtain Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
- Australian working rights and driver's licence
