Parts Salesperson/Interpreter - Mazda

With over 2,000 employees across NSW, VIC and QLD, we are focused on growing and developing a career path for all our employees.About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team and work primarily from our Macarthur Mazda Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.The position will involve the following:

• Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
• Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
• Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
• Producing quotes for Panel Shops and Mechanical Workshops
• Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
• Assist with stock checking and order processing
• Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure
