Your Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor at Gateway Automotive, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in our service department.
- Providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and updates.
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies.
- Collaborating with the Service Manager to oversee daily operations.
- Coordinating service appointments and meeting individual and team targets.
- Upselling vehicle requirements and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer expectations and promptly addressing concerns.
- Utilizing innovative tools like Era Power DMS to streamline operations.
- Maintaining a polished image and professionalism at all times.
