Reporting to Aftersales Manager, the successful candidate is expected to uphold high ethical standards as well as strong customer service skill. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for new challenges or a position where you can grow.

The right candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role within a retail Automotive Service Department
- A genuine desire to help people

- patience and understanding, the ability to show empathy
- a current NSW drivers license
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- strong time management and organizational skills
- the ability to follow a process to achieve a reliable outcome
- administrative and computer skills
- Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlement
As your training progresses your day will consist of:
- Providing superior customer service
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service
- Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day
- Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
- Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
- Following up lost opportunities
Our Service Department is open from 7.30am - 5.00pm, Mon- Fri
Closed on Weekends.
Previous dealership experience is preferred and the right to work in Australia is essential.
