With consecutive Toyota Service Excellence Awards in 2021 & 2022 we are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join the team at NOBLE TOYOTA in our beautiful Chullora Dealership.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As your training progresses your day will consist of:
- Providing superior customer service
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service
- Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day
- Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
- Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
- Following up lost opportunities
The right candidate will have:
- A genuine desire to help people
- Friendly & positive personality
- patience and understanding, the ability to show empathy
- a current drivers license
- Basic understanding of how a car works, things that need to be replaced like brakes and tyres
- Clear verbal and written english skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Administrative and computer skills
