A multi-franchise new vehicle dealership that has been in operation for almost 50 years.  Located in Mount Gambier, South Australia, the business is the trusted name for Vehicle Sales and Service in the wider Limestone Coast community.

Reporting into the General Manager, the Service Manager will have full responsibility for all business operations of the multi franchise new car service division which has a current staff count of 27.

This job will provide an opportunity to lead an established service operation on an exciting journey of development and growth; and will be of interest to proven Service Managers looking for a long-term career opportunity. We are also happy to talk to existing Assistant Service Managers who feel ready to take the next step.

• Previous service management experience in an automotive or related business such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, materials handling
• Proven people management experience including hiring, mentoring, training and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with all stakeholders including customers, staff, business partners, suppliers
• Proven financial and business acumen with a high level of computer skills and general technology know how 

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect the senior nature of this role, and will include fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and phone. (Package value circa $150K)
