This opportunity is for someone who has successfully run a high performing service department, now looking to take on a bigger role in a high-volume multi franchise business.
As a senior member of our leadership team, you will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to help take this workshop to the next level. This will require great people skills, a knowledge of modern technology, an appetite for change and a great attitude!

To succeed, you will have:

• A history of success in leading teams in workshop efficiency and productivity

• Experience in delaing with manufacturers.
• Willing to embrace change and technology such as SMS payments & upsells.
• Ability to multitask & prioritise with excellent organisation skills.
• Drive Customer satisfaction maintaining a high level of NPS
