Southgate Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career and lead the Southern Volkswagen Service Department.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will.
- Have a high-level knowledge of service department processes, policies and procedures in a franchised dealership.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate experience in Service Department KPIs with great time management skills.
The successful applicant will.
- Ensure Manufacturer Customer Service Indexes are a minimum of benchmark at all times.
- Provide the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.
- Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
- Organise, direct and control the activities of the Technicians ensuring optimum use of all material and staffing resources.
