About the Role
The Residential Sales Team at ALH are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join the project as a casual Sales Centre Assistant. Reporting to the Project Sales Manager, the Sales Centre Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Project Sales Office through the provision of excellent customer service and administration support.
The role is well suited to current university students and are encouraged to apply.
Hourly rate quoted is a guide and will be subject to experience.
As a successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include;
- Greeting customers
- General administrative duties
- Answering product related questions
- Facilitating the land releases, including setting up appropriate information, taking appointments and handling payment transfers
- Sales administration
- Data entry using Excel and the customer database
- Keeping the filing systems and processes up to date
As the ideal applicant, you will possess;
- Outstanding customer service
- Professional presentation and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Administration skills and abilities
- Local knowledge of Macarthur and Wollondilly area
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexibility
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day
