Position Overview
A 15-minute drive west of the ACT city centre will find you in Belconnen. A beautiful suburb of Canberra there is plenty to get involved in this thriving community.
We are in search of an accomplished and proficient Store Manager to lead our bustling store. You will demonstrate success in team management, deliver proven sales outcomes in the tyre and automotive sector, and exhibit adept inventory control skills.
Your day to day will see you responsible for the customer and team member experience in your store. Together with your team, you’ll build long-term relationships with your customers and your community through providing honest advice, delivering high-quality work and ensuring your stores performance remains consistent.
Success Profile
- Hold the ability to motivate and drive increased sales performance
- Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team
- Proficiency in inventory control and stocktake procedures
- Drove to exceed KPI's and store goals
- Budgeting and expense management capabilities, or a willingness to learn
- Ambition to grow sales and reap the rewards
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS system, MS Office and retail invoicing systems
- Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
