They will ensure timely execution of proposals, making submissions to relevant committees. With a holistic approach, they'll weigh impacts on customers, business, and community, ensuring proposals are sustainable and in the bank's long-term interest. This role will be responsible for proposal success, overseeing change management and monitoring post-implementation outcomes against targeted objectives.In the role you will:
