Salary8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday role with the largest automotive dealer in the Northern Territory. For a Warranty Clerk or Administrator interested in maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles.
- Requires general automotive industry knowledge and administration skills.
- Salary guide: $65,000 to $75,000 per annum.
- Darwin, Northern Territory region.
A normal day will see you maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles. This includes:
- Prepare all warranty claims.
- Submit warranty claims and all supporting documentation required
- Approval Requests.
- Reconciliation of Warranty Accounts.
- Prepare and process the appeal of denied and rejected claims as directed by the Service Manager.
- Ensure that warranty parts are correctly identified and tagged accordingly.
- Ensure that warranty parts are stored and archived in the designated warranty room.
