Ringwood Volkswagen is looking for a passionate Customer Service Receptionist to join our Service team
This role forms an integral part of our Service team, our receptionist has the opportunity to make a a long lasting first impression and sets the tone for our valued customers overall experience.The successful applicant will have experience in a similar customer service role.
We also offer internal training with management support along with world recognised manufacture based training that overtime leads to being a Qualified Volkswagen Service Advisor.
About the role:
Our team member will greet our valued customers by phone, email and upon entry to our service reception area. Will assist customers by answering relevant questions and processing service appointments. Our Service Team are true professionals who enjoy helping others. This role will be centered on creating impressive interactions where you will instinctively understand how to truly deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional helpful manner.
- Greeting customers as they enter the service reception area.
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Making Customer appointments, clearly noting vehicle symptoms as described
- Offering quotations of estimated repair costs.
- Other administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- Previous Experience in this role or similar.
- Self motivated
- Well organised
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude
