About the role
Magic Enterprises Burswood currently has a full time position available for a Automotive Warranty Clerk to join our team. Automotive knowledge is preferable, however this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers. Join our positive and fun sales culture to deliver quality vehicles to a variety of customers.

Skills & Experience
- Adequate knowledge of motor vehicles
- Previous experience is essential
- Well-developed communication skills and telephone techniques
- Adequate administration skills
- Proven customer service skills
Duties
- Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
- Process warranty invoices
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Strong time management and organisation
- Providing follow up with customers
- Liaising with workshop and spare parts team member
$50,000-$60,000 per annum pro rata plus Commissions
