Position Overview
As one of our Workshop Controllers, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians according to their skill level, managing the workflow to maximise productivity and creating and maintaining a positive & safe working environment for our team.
You will pride yourself on providing superior customer service and total customer satisfaction and understand the importance of having a high functioning team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
Success Profile
- Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
- Proven background in managing a team of Technicians
- Have an solid understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop
- Motivation and leadership skills to achieve results
- Have the ability to meet budgets and deadlines
- Ability to handle pressure and busy work environment
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- A broad range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands and types
- Valid Australian drivers licence
