An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced AV Installation Technicians to join our dynamic team at our Gold Coast Office.

 You will need:

• A passion for Residential Audio Visual Technology - Home Theatre and Home Automation, making life better for our valued customers.
• Demonstrated experience in Residential control systems, AV integration, IT/AV, Speaker Installation and cable termination.
• Experience with supporting projectors, Installation of wall mounted TV's, Foxtel, IT routers and switching Networks, and familiarity with Residential Control systems including C4 and Crestron would be advantage.
• Adequate computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Teams, Word & Excel
• Electrical License (preferred but not essential)
• High levels of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to use initiative and common sense.
• An overall practical work ethic and a desire to achieve the best results possible for both the customer and the company.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Positive and motivated attitude!

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and unsupervised, whilst still understanding the importance of working as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Great presentation
• Current full drivers licence
• Possession of a current construction Blue/White card required
• Possesssion of current Electrical and Cable License (Preferred)

As part of this role, you will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to:

• Rack Building and Wiring
• Cable Runs (Residential) and Terminating Cables 
• Residential Control Systems Installation
• MATV Systems
• Networking
• CCTV and Intercom Installations
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS.
• Managing Project sites and leading technical teams and projects.
