About the role
The Aviation Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day workload of approximately 100 employees, while also managing the operational client relationships, staff rosters, onsite delivery of quality assurance and compliance of all Aviation Security processes, Customer Service outcomes and continuous improvement.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Continuously growing and strengthening the current service delivery partnerships, with high quality security services in a heavily regulated environment.
- Ensuring all complaints are investigated and addressed directly, while also communicating to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with the recruitment and induction of personnel to meet a wide range of service demands.
- Ensuring communications are provided across all employee and management levels.
- Managing supervisors, team leaders and all MSS personnel onsite.
Skills & experience
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams in an industrial environment
- Strong influencing skills, resilience and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment.
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skill
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application
