About you

• You are passionate about entertainment

• You want to help us deliver a 5-Star experience
• You are able to get to work on time
• You can use a basic customer booking operating system
• You’re available during evenings and weekends
• You have your RSA or are willing to obtain

What we expect you to do for the most part

• Prepare and organise session paperwork, including scoresheets and waivers 
• Complete the full check-in and check-out process on the venue computer
• Host 2-hour tournament competitions for large groups 
• Facilitate multiple smaller group 1-hour sessions
• Entertain, engage and energise each customer group with the ability to read the room
• Have a keen eye to be able to spot those customers who might need that extra bit of attention
• Deliver clear safety instructions to all groups
• Monitor customers' adherence to safety requirements at all times
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as ensuring the cleanliness of the venue and preparing targets for use
• Complete all on-the-job and virtual training
