B2B Relationship Consultant

Intelicorp Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time B2B Relationship Consultant located in Southport, QLD. The B2B Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business-to-business relationships with clients, expanding the company's customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves utilizing virtual platforms and face 2 face, to manage relationships with customers and maintain consistent communication

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in business development and account management.

 Qualifications

• Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 2-5 years of experience in account management or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in managing business-to-business relationships
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms for communication and relationship management
• Ability to develop and execute customer retention strategies
• Ability to identify and engage new customers and expand the customer base
• Understanding of customer needs and ability to provide excellent customer service
