AddressWe are currently seeking two dedicated and experienced End-to-End Test Analysts to join our team for an exciting project involving the testing of an integrated solution before go-live. The solution primarily consists of D365 implementation with integrations to other systems to support registration, signup, payment distribution, and more. As the End-to-End Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and creating a comprehensive set of end-to-end test scenarios to fully validate the solution and provide confidence for its launch.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with test team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, existing documentation, and testing objectives.
- Review existing requirement documents, system integration test (SIT) cases, and user acceptance test (UAT) cases to gain insights into system functionalities and dependencies.
- Design and create a test suite comprising end-to-end scenario-based tests that cover the entire solution landscape, including D365 implementation and integrated upstream and downstream systems.
- Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases that simulate real-world user interactions and system workflows to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute end-to-end test scenarios in various test environments to validate system behaviour and identify any defects or issues.
- Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Document test results, defects, and any deviations from expected behaviour, and provide regular updates to test manager and project stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with a focus on end-to-end testing of complex software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with D365 implementation projects and integrations with third-party systems is essential.
- Proficiency in designing and creating test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and system specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in integrated systems.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester) is a plus.
