About the role
Continued company growth has provided us with an opportunity to recruit a new Sales Consultant in our busy and successful SME team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their energy efficiency and reduce costs.
As an integral part of the team your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Present, promote, and sell Choice Energy’s products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify and reach out to prospective SME clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking events.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential customers to provide customised energy solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeframe.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
- Sharing insights with other team members and participating in Choice Energy events.
About You
Along with a passion for sales and working in an agile environment, we'd like you to have:
- Experience working towards KPI management and a numbers-based approach are essential.
- A growth mindset and team-focused attitude are essential.
- Energy experience is desirable but not essential
- The right attitude and a want to build your sales career - all the rest can be trained
- Goals and want to be financially rewarded for your hard work
