As the Mahindra Werribee Sales Consultant, you will be vital in establishing our presence in the automotive market.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
• Create and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

  
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales in an automotive dealership setting
• Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
• Must have a current full VIC driver's licence.
