· proven experience in Marketing Campaign management using Adobe Campaign and driving concrete insights
· Knowledge and experience in marketing campaign execution/implementation in digital/online channels, project / campaign management
· Having experience is documenting and keeping track of campaign executions schedule.
· Documents and creates Functional Specifications, Functional Use Cases, including documented workflows, data flow diagrams, batch and online system process flows, screen prototypes and user/interface designs.
· Provides assistance in resolving client inquiries, as well as the effective and efficient service for the screening, prioritization and resolution of production defects.
· Ability to investigate technical solutions that solve for business needs, problems and opportunities.
· Ability to remove ambiguity and champion simplicity.
· Ability to build rapport and credibility whilst dealing with colleagues and stakeholders.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Insurance industry experience is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Effective facilitation skills
Proven questioning skills and elicitation techniques
