Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
Reporting to the Manager Risk and Assurance, the Risk Coordinatoris responsible for supporting all Business Unit’s with risk management coordination including identification, analysis, mitigation, implementation in accordance with Qantas Group framework, policies and/or procedures. You will leverage technology and data to provide risk insights across the Network Group to support transformation programs and continuous improvement.
Minimum 2 years’ experience within aviation industryCertificate/Diploma in risk management (preferable)Experience in risk management activities including Bow Tie risk methodology and risk frameworksSound knowledge of aviation, occupational safety and preferably environmental legislation as well as relevant AUS/NZ and ISO Standards and Codes of PracticeStrong communication skillsCommitment to change and continuous improvementStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesStrong data analytical and problem solving skills to deliver insightsAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of managementAbility to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders Ability to work in a multi-discipline teamDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
