The Role:
We are currently seeking a casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant to share a premium CELLAR DOOR experience with our guests.
In this position you will use your wine knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to guide customers through the journey of our history, vineyards and winemaking whilst tasting our exceptional wines and driving sales.
The ideal candidate will have a bubbly, positive personality with the confidence to host large groups, winery tours or blending activities.
About You:
- Wine knowledge necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Customer Service and sales experience
- Multitasking and works well under pressure
- Must have a current RSA certificate
- Previous experience in the wine/liquor industry is highly regarded
- Must be available to work weekends
