As a Baby Ambassador, you'll embody our commitment to honoring the rights of babies and families. You'll be a skilled relationship-builder, creating warm and inclusive partnerships with families while advocating for the rights and voices of babies in our program and community.

Your role as a storyteller of the day is crucial. You'll guide our team, babies, and families through each day, ensuring a whole team approach and respecting the unique rhythm of each baby. Your professionalism, warmth, and credibility will shine through as you build strong relationships with babies, families, and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upholding a strong image of babies and their families
• Advocating for baby's rights, voice, and participation
• Building excellent relationships and fostering a supportive team environment
• Serving as a knowledgeable and approachable role model
• Inspiring others through your passion and commitment to babies and families

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Studies is essential for this role. 
• Previous Room Leader experience (desirable).
• Current Working with Children Check (DCIS - South Australian).
