Baker at Bakers Delight Mitcham, Torrens Park

As part of the Bakers Delight network, Australia's premier bakery franchise, we are hiring for our Mitcham location. Prioritizing staff, customers, and quality, we are seeking a dedicated baker passionate about creating delightful products. Teamwork is central to our operations. Candidates should be early risers, enthusiastic, and either Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or have a valid work visa (Sponsorship can be considered for the right candidates living in Australia).

Bakers Delight experience either in South Australia or Interstate is highly regarded but not a mandatory requirement since training will be provided.

As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for

• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs 
• Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants 
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery 
• Assisting with stock control and production expenses
• Providing delightful customer service when required

As a passionate baker, you will need to 

• Have completed relevant qualification in baking or have equivalent experience
• Be a respectful and reliable team player
• Be used to starting work early
• Be comfortable working in a busy production environment 
• Take pride in producing high quality products
• Love seeing customers enjoy their products
