The following responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Thorough understanding of the bread production procedure documents
• Support and assist all members of your team whenever and wherever possible.
• Execution of the order of production in a timely and accurate manner for each day.
• Maintaining the safe and responsible operation of all equipment used.
• Assisting in the preparation and pack down of boards and equipment for following days production.The ideal candidate:
