The Role |

We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals who will be able to support the Bakery Production team. This hands on role will include shared responsibility for producing premium items, high volume food production and much more. It will be based in our Bakery Kitchen Production Department located in Tullamarine.

Role available are:

• Chef De Partie
• Commis Chef

• Proven experience in similar position is advantageous for success
• Attention to detail, experienced in patisserie/bakery and high volume food production
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Assist with the management of stock control and ordering
• Keep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to HACCP and FSP guidelines
• Be able to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Have a positive, can-do attitude

• Proven experience within a fast-paced culinary environment
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
• Be an energetic and friendly person and be able to manage your time effectively
• Must be able to prioritise your day-to-day work, show initiative and enthusiasm
