We are looking for an experienced and trade qualified Baker to join our team. You should be skilled and qualified in both Bread and Pastry making with a minimum of two years experience as a Baker. You must be comfortable working within a team environment with 4 other skilled tradespeople and other dedicated staff. You will be involved in customer service if required and must be well presented and professional at all times.
Experience with a pastry sheeter is important and confidence with sourdough, pies and cake making is expected.
Your shift will be a four-day working week including one weekend day and three consecutive days off. Your working week will average 40hours per week but from time to time you may be asked to work further hours to support other team members. We aim to provide a professional, supportive environment centric to customer and staff well being. We are looking for a tradesperson who shares these values.
We offer an excellent base yearly salary of $82500 including superannuation with opportunities for added remuneration.
