Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes and pastries.
- Measuring and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare products to recipe descriptions.
- Monitor baking schedules.
- Maintain hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock control.
- A passion for food and cooking.
- Enjoy practical work.
- Ability to stand for large periods of time.
- Able to work early mornings.
- Committed and punctual.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
