As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ. Role Location: 140 River Street, Ballina NSW 2478Role Type: PermanentSchedule: Monday: 10:30 AM - 02:30 PM = 4.00 hours Tuesday: 09:15 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours Wednesday: 09:00 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.75 hours Thursday: Not Rostered Friday: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM = 5.00 hours Saturday: Not Rostered Sunday: Not Rostered Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 22.25 hours What will you bring?
