Position Overview:
As a Sales Director specializing in the banking and financial services sector, you will play a pivotal role in expanding my clients market reach and driving revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the banking and financial services sector.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, within target accounts.
• Lead consultative sales engagements, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline management and sales forecasts.
