We currently have an opportunity for a customer centric individual with a keen interest in technology to join our team in our Loganholme branch.
This role is permanent full-time roles across Monday to Friday and includes 3 months full-time training ensure you are set up for success.
Our Banking Consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all possess one key thing in common - their love for providing great customer service. Our Banking Consultants make our customers feel relaxed and at home, asking the right questions to make sure that they leave happy and confident that their needs have been met.
What you'll do
- Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers' busy lifestyles
- Help solve problems and identify solutions to suit our customers financial needs
- Provide seamless end to end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
- Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking products with a customer centric approach
- Assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs
What you'll bring
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills - listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
- Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous retail and hospitality experience highly regarded
