About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Yarrawonga Branch, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Schedule:
Monday: 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 7.00 hours
Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 02:00 PM = 3.00 hours
Wednesday: Not Rostered
Thursday: Not Rostered
Friday: 09:45 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.00 hours
Saturday: Not Rostered
Sunday: Not Rostered
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 16.00 hours
What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,
• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective, and
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
