About the Role
As a Senior Banking Consultant in our Exhibition St Branch. you’ll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals & improve their financial wellbeing and contribute to business growth by effectively managing customer needs. You’ll act as an ANZ products initiator and role model within your team. You’ll also support the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ’s Retail Strategy and the day-to-day operations for the branch. You’ll also have to educate customers on easy ways to bank, providing a full range of professional offering expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services,
- Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective,
- Deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritizing the complete financial needs of customers
