So, what’s the role?
In this role you will be responsible for workflow management and implementing efficiencies with Financial Planning software within a compliant framework. The role will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring of Support Staff as well as assisting with the production of advice documents within Financial Planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enablement –Drive Project work and efficiencies in the Department
- Ensuring advice document templates are up to date and efficient.
- Assistance with the Production of advice documents as required, Statement of Advice, Record Advice, FDS & Opt In
- Production and review of advice requests
- Support the Compliance Manager & Senior Financial Planners as required.
- Coach and mentor Support Staff.
- Assist with the Approved Product List reviews & be a member of investment committee.
This role is 3 days a week & based at the Hawthorn East office (Hybrid)
The desired, Degree/ Diploma qualified candidate, will need the following:
- A focus on due diligence and compliance to meet and comply with Financial Planning requirements.
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning team
- Good understanding of Adviser Logic software or other relevant Financial Planning software/tools
- 2 plus years of demonstrated experience in paraplanning or similar
- Ability to develop and retain internal and external third party relationships
- Sound technical knowledge of current legislative, industry and corporate standards.
