Banking Reconciliation Officer

The Company:

The Role:

• Deliver bank reconciliations to internal and external stakeholders 
• Reviews of bank reconciliation processes to ensure seamless delivery
• Complete and submit third party payment platforms to bank(s)
• Review and update processes and procedures with a view to improving the customer experience by identifying gaps and developing action plans to enhance customer service
• Provide back up support and assistance to the wider finance team
• Ensure all unallocated items are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
• Liaise with National, State and Area managers to resolve ad-hoc banking queries

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven analytical skills and being proactive
• Ability to understand and resolve issues
• Consistent ability to meet deadlines
• Drive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment
