If you have proven client service skills, are highly keyboard literate and have a minimum of three years in retail banking or a banking operations role you could be just the person we are looking for. Previous experience in a lending environment will also be highly regarded.

The Role
Drawing on your experience in banking, you will be responsible for the operational service delivery to our valued clients within StrataCash Management and StrataPay, two subsidiaries within the MaxSoft Group. You must be a great team player, with a sense of humour, resilient, comfortable with 5-days per week WFH and a person who will champion our culture and loves to delight customers. StrataCash Management and StrataPay provide transactional Banking Services and payment platform administration and processing (merchant services) with our partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Financial Services Operations Manager the responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Be the first point of call for telephone and email enquiries, providing clear concise information and resolution to enquiries for StrataPay and StrataCash
- Data entry, record management and document verification and management
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
- Champion company Culture and our products and services
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships internally and externally

- Confident and comfortable developing relationships with customers and supplier partners over the phone

- Demonstrated ability to build strong positive relationships with team members, internal and external contacts and customers encouraging mutual respect, cooperation and collaboration.
