The Role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef for Banquets will lead a team in the preparation and presentation of dishes for banquets and events. They will collaborate with event planners and other departments to ensure the seamless execution of culinary offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in banquet or event settings
- Strong knowledge of banquet menu planning and execution
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team in a busy environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for events
