With 1100 metres of event space, this is a great role for a Culinary Maestro looking for a new adventure that can deliver on our guest expectations. We are looking for a passionate and driven leader to take charge of our Catering & Events, responsible for the production of high quality, high volume, and culinary excellence, working alongside the Operations team to ensure delivery is executed. You will be responsible for, but no limited to;
- Complying with HACCP regulations to ensure the hygienic and safe preparation of food
- Coordinating with the Catering & Events Operations team to ensure the events run smoothly and to the guests expectation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- A great understanding of, and adhere to, cost and quality control procedures
- Assist the Executive Chef in training Talent according to W standards
- Lead the team to be their best every day and maintain a positive work culture
