About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Bar/Gaming Attendant at Hornsby Inn, you will be integral to ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the bar/gaming industry is preferred but not essential.
- Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and Integrity: Dependable, honest, and capable of staying calm and effective under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Required Certifications: Valid RSA and RSG certificates.
- Passion and Flexibility: Enthusiastic, committed, and flexible individuals who can work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
