Who are we:
We are a well-established 160 seater Italian restaurant within the Community of Newport on the Northern Beaches of Sydney - Evening Dinner Service only. We have been a local pillar of our community for over 30 years.

As a part of the Lucky and Pep's team you will deliver a high level of customer service ensuring an exceptional food and beverage experience with our community. You are a team player with a charismatic nature who will uplift and instill knowledge within your colleagues.
You are an individual with great communication skills who actively enjoys communicating with customers to ensure a high class dining experience. Previous bar experience is a must with a good all round knowledge of beverages and bar practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain Safety and Cleanliness of Bar and surrounding areas
- Prepare bar for service with adequate supplies of glassware, drinks, bottles, fruit and garnishes
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol policies are implemented.
- Advise customers on offers and assist customers by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge at all times.
- Weekly stock take and ordering
- Taking orders, upselling and prompt table service.
- Sound knowledge of beverages and cocktails
- Required to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Must have a valid NSW RSA
