Nestled in Perisher ski resort, in Smiggins- Smiggins Hotel & Chalet Apartments are on the look out for energetic individuals with passion for the snow and a professional manner to become a part of our team as a our Bar Manager.
Picture yourself in a ski in / ski out location, with a bustling bar open daily from 10am, transforming winters from June – October into an unforgettable experience. We are searching for enthusiastic team members ready to tackle a mix of day and night shifts throughout the season, to make the most of your time on the slopes!
As a Bar Manager, you will:
- Take drink orders with a friendly touch.
- Set up and pack down the bar seamlessly.
- Take care of weekly bar lines
- Manage bar staff and be ontop of RSA rules.
- Run weekly events
- Showcase your ability to multitask.
- Abide by RSA rules and responsibilities.
- Assist with driving guests to and from Perisher.
- Clear tables with ease
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking professionals with:
- Previous supervisor experience in a similar role
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Australian working rights, with the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A valid RSA
- Commitment to the entire Winter season from June – October
