About the roles
This is a great opportunity to join the Vogue Café team in this exciting new opening in the World Class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct.
We are looking for a passionate & committed customer-centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Vogue Cafe Sydney. You would assist the General Manager and your collective Venue Team to run the all-day dining operation successfully. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, are passionate, have great integrity, hands-on and want to join a hospitality company that promotes future growth within the team.
Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:
Overseeing a team of 10-15 staff, training and mentoring. You'll also be helping out with different aspects of BOH, most notably stock control and ordering. Training will be provided !!!
- Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a fast-paced and large restaurant or similar dining environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Sound knowledge of spirits.
- Wine knowledge will be preferable but not essential.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Willing to learn attitude.
