Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the batching program must be hands-on during the service
- Leading our bar team and ensuring our menu and drinks are on-trend
- Driving creativity within the team to maintain the quality of the drinks list
- Assisting and guiding team members through entering suggested cocktail competitions
- Work alongside an incredible team in providing memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences for customers
- Ensuring product consistency with the high Eau-de-Vie standard
- Manage a P&L, weekly budget, forecasting and COGS costing.
- Carry on the legacy to push growth, training and the right culture within the venue and team
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years + management experience in a similar role as well as living and breathing cocktails and spirits
- Knowledge of beers, wine, spirits, and cocktails at an intermediate level
- A passion for creating signature cocktails to a world-class standard
- Experience in managing a batching program
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool
- Sociable and enjoy delivering a pleasurable and memorable experience for our guests
- Excel in the management of team and guest satisfaction
- Strong customer focus and have passion for the industry
- A high level of business, management and financial skills with a commitment to achieving outstanding results
- Ability to manage a P&L, weekly budget, forecasting and COGS costing
