Key Responsibilities
- Oversee night time operations
- Ensuring smooth dinner service
- Coordinate and manage table service
- Knowledge of cocktails and wine
- Staying up to date with the latest food & drink trends
- Assist in planning of venue events
- Managing Private functions
- Supervise and support staff
Requirements
- RSA Certification
- RP Badge preferred
- Proven experience with table service
- Excellent communication
- Flexible availability must be able to work PM
- Experience in functions and events
