AddressBar Supervisor (full-time)
Noky @ The Henty in Mount Gambier, SA on the beautiful Limestone Coast. We are a passionate about hospitality and guest experience is always our number one priority. We offer outstanding accommodation and outstanding food and beverage experiences in our Restaurant & Bar and Conferencing and Events. Noky was recently awarded Best Bar Presentation and Experience (SA) at the AHA (SA) Awards. Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate – our luxury Hotel, The Commodore and Colhurst House.
We are currently seeking a motivated and service focused Bar Supervisor to work full-time (or otherwise) in our award-winning Restaurant and Bar.
Required experience and skills
- Outstanding Cocktail experience, ideally in a destination Cocktail Bar
- A flair and passion for delivering hospitality and outstanding food and beverage service
- An ability to develop relationships and engage with our clientele
- A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
- Ability to train and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
- Ideally experience as a Bar Manager or Supervisor
